The Starbucks Kids

Our sweet boy Mocha went home a while ago and we have pictures on him with his sister enjoying life on his very own goat farm. Mocha is the handsome black boy and his litter-sister is Coco, the rare and beautiful dun (brown) girl.

As an aside, dun is genetically similar to the blue color we see on occassion in greyhounds but is even more uncommon. However, the most important thing to know about Coco is she's an absolute sweetheart :)

Our good friend in the north!

This is Tip, one of our adoption alumni and a resident of Alaska. We're so lucky to have folks to do home visits for us in the wintery north because we've been able to place some wonderful dogs in truly fantastic homes!

As you can see, Tip doesn't think the weather is a problem :)

Comet is all settled in at his new home!

Yay! Comet finally hit the jackpot and has a wonderful family to dote on him. He was one of our favorite dogs and every time we showed him to a prospective family he would make it to their top two and every time the other dog would go home. Well, maybe that was for the best because he really got lucky and has a great home with people who will appreciate him in all of his quirky perfection. Comet finally has a home where he can squeek his toys until his heart's content :)

Just Jack!

Our friends Mark and Melissa sent us pictures Jack, one of our adoption alumni living in Alaska! He's been there for almost a year and looking to be enjoying himself even if the days are short in the winter and the ground is frosty. It just goes to show that with a good home and lots of love greyhounds can live anywhere!

If you live in the Anchorage area check out Jack's store, Paw Prince, and give him a hug for us! He must be doing well as he's better dressed than many of us :)

Adios Daisy

Our sweet flower went home on Saturday and we already have a family photo! We love photographic updates so we're hoping this is the first of many!

Happy Honey went home

Honey went home yesterday and we already have a picture of her with her new mom! She is such a sweet little girl and while we're happy for her we'll miss her dearly...

This is what we love, pictures of the pups in their new homes. Thank you for keeping us updated on Dreams and Misty, it's obvious that they are just as loved in the home as they were when we were taking care of them!

It's the sock bandit!

Becki and Matt didn't suspect that they were getting a thief when they took Daisy home (formerly Hanh). She diligently collects socks and takes them back to her crate to ensure that her people never have a matching pair. Daisy is being spoiled rotten and the little monkey deserves it!

Life's new adventures

Dreams and Misty got to go camping in an RV. It looks like they've taken to travel exceptionally well!

Jan update!

Our girl Jan seems to be doing great in her new home. She's got comfy beds, pajamas and loving people! Hooray for Jan!

Home Sweet Home

We've already received an update on Dreams and Misty! They are settling in nicely, having explored the house, discovered their beds, found out that they have their own yard, and watched a live cooking demonstration. When it came time to have dinner Misty, being the generous soul she is, offered to help Dreams clean her bowl but their new parents weren't about the let sisterly affection leave Dreams with an empty stomach.
